A phosphoric acid cleaner designed for cleaning pans, heaters, cookers, pre-heaters, vat pasteurizers, short- time pasteurizers, and other high temperature dairy and food equipment. Diluted with water at a ratio of 1 oz. to 4 gallons, it can also be used as a manual cleaner for removing milkstone.

Directions

Dairy farms: Immediately after using equipment, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Make up a solution of 1 ounce Pyrosol to 3 gallons of water. Using a brush, scrub utensils, rinse, and invert to dry. For milking machine cleaning, immerse teat cups in a solution of 1 ounce to 3 gallons of water, draw through machine. Rinse by drawing water through machine. Empty solution from machine and rinse. Sanitize with Hypo-Chlor 6.40 or Steramine®.

Circulating Method: Flush equipment with lukewarm water immediately after using. Set up circulating system. Use 1 ounce Pyrosol per every gallon of water. Circulate solution for 20 to 30 minutes keeping temperature of solution at processing temperature. Flush with clean, hot water for 10 minutes. Add 1 pound Circle Cleaner Compound per every 15 gallons of water, and circulate at same temperature as above for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain solution, flush with clean, hot water, and allow equipment to cool properly.
