Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner is a high-foaming, hard-working, multi-purpose detergent for manual cleaning of equipment. The powerful detergency cuts through heavy soil, yet mild to hands.

Directions
MANUAL CLEANING OF BULK TANKS:
- Turn off refrigeration unit immediately following use and rinse with warm water.
- Scrub utensils with Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner solution and drain.
- Rinse with a solution of Dairyland Brand Acid Rinse at a rate of 1 ounce per 5 gallons of warm (100°F) water, or Sterosol Milkstone Remover And Acid Rinse at a rate of 1 ounce per 6 gallons of water.
- Prior to re-use, sanitize with an EPA approved sanitizer, such as Steramine®, using the prescribed ppm.
MANUAL CLEANING OF MILKING MACHINES & EQUIPMENT:
- Cleaning of teat cups: rinse thoroughly with warm water following use, then draw Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner solution through these rubber parts.
- Dismantle all milking machine parts and brush with Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner solution.
- Rinse with a solution of Dairyland Brand Acid Rinse, at a rate of 1 ounce per 5 gallons of warm water, or Sterosol Milkstone Remover And Acid Rinse at a rate of 1 ounce per 6 gallons of water.
- Just prior to re-use, rinse all equipment thoroughly with a solution of an EPA approved sanitizer, such as Steramine®.
DAIRY PLANT EQUIPMENT:
- Flush equipment with warm (90º-120ºF) water immediately after use.
- Brush thoroughly with Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner solution.
FOOD PROCESSING AREAS:
For light soil, use Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner solution as hot as hands will stand. For heavy-duty cleaning (pots, pans, etc.), soak for ½ hour in warm water if deposit is cooked or burned on. Then wash in a hot Heavy Duty Dairy Utensil Cleaner solution.
