|

|
Powdered Sanitergent Mark X Pipeline Cleaner's non-foaming, free-rinsing formula makes it ideal for use in circulating systems.
#10 - 15 lb. pail
#21 - 45 lb. pail
Directions
For pipelines, pipeline milkers, and milking machines. Follow product labels for correct application.
- Immediately after milking, flush the entire system with warm water (110ºF) until the water runs clear.
- Circulate a solution of Sanitergent Mark X at the rate of one ounce per 4 gallons of water (see water hardness table) for 10 minutes, opening and draining all valves at this time. Hand brush all parts not coming into contact with the solution.
- Rinse with warm water until the water runs clear.
- Acid rinse. Twice each week, circulate a solution of Milkstone Remover and Acid Rinse (ST-11, ST-213, ST-215, or ST-216) to remove milkstone and reduce the possibilities of a high bacteria count from milkstone formations.
- Before reuse, sanitize with a solution of Hypo-Chlor Formula 6.40 (ST-1 or ST-2047). Do not rinse. ALL TREATED EQUIPMENT AND FOOD CONTACT SURFACES MUST BE RINSED WITH POTABLE WATER AND SANITIZED PRIOR TO REUSE.
